General
Dodge rate has been decreased on all monsters ranging from 1-80.
Lowered Union equipment refine requirement from 4 to 1 Bindrune or Talisman per refine attempt.
Increased the NPC purchase price for all Apotropes. Price has been changed to match the Talisman purchase price.
Added Adventurer's Plains Return Scroll to [Little Street Vendor] Pony in the Adventurer's Plains
Icons for the followings items have been updated: Netil, Metil, Etil, Petil, Setil.
Drop System
Increased the drop rate of Grey, Green and Blue Powders in low level areas.
Decreased the drop rate of Bindrune/Talisman/Apotrope in most areas above Level 50.
Corrected several issues of "dead" items being dropped in the Desert of the Dead.
Bug Fixes
Corrected issue with not being able to increase Clan Grade.
Corrected issue with not being able to earn Clan Points through Clan Quests.
Corrected issue with the Barbed Snapper Brute dropping Grade [3] gems. Barbed Snapper Brute will now drop Grade [2] gems, at a lower rate.
Corrected issue with the Berserk Monsters quest description; description will now clearly state you need to obtain Wolf's Skin.
Corrected a naming issue with the new Catalyst material. Renamed to Catalyst, instead of Catalysts. Updated all Catalyst item descriptions.
Corrected issue with the "Living as a True Soldier" NPC dialog not listing the appropriate reward options.
Disconnections during the refining process was looked into and corrected. If any other instances occur please provide a bug report with as much details as possible.
Some of the messages that pop up during the refining process were updated to be more clear as to what is actually going to happen or has happened.
Updated the 4th slot in the refine window, so items can be dragged back out of this window.
