Pegasus is just a test server. When it is up you can log on to it with your Leonis account and just run around and test stuff.
There is never any guarantee things you try out on Pegasus will be implemented to Leonis. But highly likely they will be added.
Thats why its good to try out Pegasus, so if there is something new there you absolutely hate to make your thoughts known on forums about it.
If you dont the Devs, if happy with the test will more than likely add it to Leonis not long after.
If you have a lvl 200 on Leonis you will be able to log that same character in on Pegasus.
However i have noticed lets say you buy an item today on Leonis in the hope of accessing it on Pegasus to help with what you want to test..it wont exist there. So there seems to be a backdated version of Pegasus.
Im not sure how far back it is. Maybe someone else can answer that.
